Do Not Call

State do-not-call lists, and what each one costs

Ten states run a list you have to obtain separately from the federal registry. Every figure below was read off the state's own page or its designated administrator, because every aggregator we checked had at least one state wrong.

We do not hold any of these lists. That is why this page exists: if a scrub of ours comes back clean, it is clean against the lists we named in the response and nothing else. Knowing which states have their own is the difference between a clean result and a useful one.

Commonly listed, but wrong

Two states that do not run a list

Both appear on published lists of states with their own registry. Neither has one, according to the state.

Fees change and states change their minds — Mississippi dropped its list in 2023. Every row carries the date we checked it and a link to the source. Verify before you budget, and tell us if you find one that has moved.
