Worth knowing
  • The fee is due on 1 May and covers 1 July to 30 June, so the payment date and the coverage year do not line up.
  • Since 1 July 2023 the register covers texts as well as calls — it is the Do-Not-Call / Do-Not-Text Register.
  • It includes mobile numbers, not only landlines.

We do not hold this list

Our scrubs check the lists named in each response, and Tennessee's is not among them. A clean result from us says nothing about Tennessee. We would rather write that here than have you find it out from a demand letter.

This page describes what the state publishes. It is not legal advice, and state telemarketing law reaches further than the list — calling hours, disclosure and registration all vary. Talk to a lawyer about your own programme.
