Mississippi does not run its own do-not-call list
Read off the state's own source on 2026-08-03, because published lists of state registries get this one wrong.
- Mississippi used to run its own list at $1,000 a year. Since 1 July 2023 solicitors use the national registry instead and no longer pay that fee.
- The registration and bond requirements did not go away with the list. This is the trap: a source that only tracks lists will tell you Mississippi is clear.
- Any vendor still selling you a Mississippi list is selling something the state stopped requiring three years ago.
