Colorado runs its own do-not-call list
Administered by Colorado Public Utilities Commission, list handled by its designated agent. Everything below was read off the state's own source on 2026-08-03.
- Two separate obligations: registering as a telemarketer with the Attorney General, and registering for the No-Call list itself.
- The list fee is banded by headcount, so a small operation can be at the bottom of the range.
We do not hold this list
Our scrubs check the lists named in each response, and Colorado's is not among them. A clean result from us says nothing about Colorado. We would rather write that here than have you find it out from a demand letter.

ReadThis page describes what the state publishes. It is not legal advice, and state telemarketing law reaches further than the list — calling hours, disclosure and registration all vary. Talk to a lawyer about your own programme.
