Wyoming does not run its own do-not-call list
Read off the state's own source on 2026-08-03, because published lists of state registries get this one wrong.
- Wyoming does not maintain its own list. Its Attorney General states the law requires only that you not call Wyoming numbers on the current DMA list.
- An industry article dated March 2026 lists Wyoming as running its own registry. The state's own page says otherwise, and the state's page is the one that matters.
We do not hold this list
There is nothing here to hold — Wyoming does not publish a separate list. Your obligations in Wyoming are registration and the national registry.

ReadThis page describes what the state publishes. It is not legal advice, and state telemarketing law reaches further than the list — calling hours, disclosure and registration all vary. Talk to a lawyer about your own programme.
