Texas runs its own do-not-call list
Administered by Public Utility Commission of Texas, distributed via texasnocall.com. Everything below was read off the state's own source on 2026-08-03.
- Texas runs more than one list. The statewide Do Not Call list and the Electric No Call list are separate purchases, and the electric one applies to retail electricity solicitation.
- A geographically exclusive extract is available at the same price, which is worth knowing if you only call part of the state.
- Third-party summaries quote $75 and $150 per quarter. Both are out of date — the site that actually distributes the list says $200.
We do not hold this list
Our scrubs check the lists named in each response, and Texas's is not among them. A clean result from us says nothing about Texas. We would rather write that here than have you find it out from a demand letter.
