Pennsylvania runs its own do-not-call list
Administered by Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, through a contracted list administrator. Everything below was read off the state's own source on 2026-08-03.
- Pennsylvania's list covers residential, business and wireless subscribers — business numbers are in scope, which is unusual.
- Every telemarketer calling into Pennsylvania is required to purchase the list from the administrator.
We do not hold this list
Our scrubs check the lists named in each response, and Pennsylvania's is not among them. A clean result from us says nothing about Pennsylvania. We would rather write that here than have you find it out from a demand letter.

ReadThis page describes what the state publishes. It is not legal advice, and state telemarketing law reaches further than the list — calling hours, disclosure and registration all vary. Talk to a lawyer about your own programme.
