Cost of the listNot published online. The state gives an order form and a phone number instead — ask them before you budget.
Registration$1,500 a year for the business licence, $50 a year per salesperson, and security of at least $50,000
New versionsQuarterly, available roughly 30 days before the quarter begins
Worth knowing
  • FDACS licenses telemarketing businesses and salespeople as well as maintaining the list — the licence is the larger cost.
  • Security of $50,000 may be a surety bond, a certificate of deposit or a letter of credit.
  • The list is supplied in ASCII format.
  • The price of the list is not published online. FDACS gives an order form and a phone number instead, so budget for it by asking them.

We do not hold this list

Our scrubs check the lists named in each response, and Florida's is not among them. A clean result from us says nothing about Florida. We would rather write that here than have you find it out from a demand letter.

This page describes what the state publishes. It is not legal advice, and state telemarketing law reaches further than the list — calling hours, disclosure and registration all vary. Talk to a lawyer about your own programme.
