PossibleNOW Sells a Guarantee. We Sell the Evidence.
PossibleNOW markets DNCSolution with a "100% compliance guarantee" and reports 700+ customers over 26 years. We make no such promise — responsibility under 16 CFR 310.5 rests with the seller and the telemarketer, and what we provide is the record you would need to show what you did.
We do not promise what we cannot control
Whether a call complied depends on when you placed it, what consent you held and which state rules applied — none of which any vendor can see. We report what we found and stop there.
A price on the page
PossibleNOW publishes no pricing. Our compliance plan is listed, and the lookups around it are not metered.
Tamper-evident, not just logged
Records are hash-chained, so a modified entry breaks the chain visibly. An audit log you can quietly edit proves nothing about what you did eighteen months ago.
Where PossibleNOW is the better buy
Every product has a job it is built for. These are the jobs where PossibleNOW is the answer and we are not, said plainly so you can tell in two minutes whether the rest of this page applies to you.
Consent and preference management
MyPreferences covers preference capture, revocation and Medicare/Medicaid-specific consent. We hold no consent records at all — that is a real gap, not a positioning choice.
The Reassigned Numbers Database
They report that "On average, 6.2% of all phone numbers scrubbed against the RND have changed owners". The RND is an FCC subscription we have not bought, and it is the FCC's own safe harbour.
Litigator list and state registries
Both are licensed datasets we do not hold. A litigator list cannot be derived from public record — court filings name the plaintiff, not the phone number.
