They Hold the Litigator List. We Hold the Record.
The Blacklist Alliance sells a proprietary litigator database — "Flag known TCPA litigators and serial plaintiffs against our database before you dial" — and reports roughly 1,000 clients. We do not have that list and cannot build one; what we sell is the record of what you checked.
A price on the page
Their site publishes no pricing and books demos. Ours is listed, with every credit cost published next to it.
Every result names its own gaps
A scrub tells you which lists were checked and which were not, in the same response. A clean result against a list you never held is the most expensive kind of false comfort.
Evidence you can hand to a lawyer
Dated, hash-chained records of every access, list entry and scrub, exportable as PDF and CSV the day someone asks.
Where The Blacklist Alliance is the better buy
Every product has a job it is built for. These are the jobs where The Blacklist Alliance is the answer and we are not, said plainly so you can tell in two minutes whether the rest of this page applies to you.
The litigator database — and it is not reproducible
This is their moat and it is a real one. A serial-plaintiff list cannot be derived from public record: a court filing gives you the plaintiff's name, not their phone number.
It is bought or it is not offered, and we do not offer it.
Blocking inside your dialer
Their Litigation Firewall blocks risky numbers automatically inside the dialer. We report; we do not intercept.
State lists and caller ID reputation
They scrub against state registries and monitor how carriers label your numbers. We hold neither.
